After breakfast, you will depart Nairobi for Samburu National Park where you will arrive around noon. After lunch, you will head out for an afternoon game drive.

Day 2: Samburu Game Reserve
A full day inside Samburu National Park. In the morning you will head out for an early morning game drive and then after lunch, you will head out for another game drive until late in the evening. On this day, you will rare species of animals such as the long-necked gerenuk, Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, and Beisa oryx. You will also probably see cheetahs, lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, and the elusive African leopard.

Day 3: Samburu Game Reserve - Aberdare National Park
On this day you will drive south to the Aberdare Mountain Ranges. Aberdare National Park is home to elephants, black rhinos, leopards, spotted hyenas, olive baboons, black and white colobus monkeys, buffalos, warthogs, and bushbucks. You will also see rare animals such as the Giant Forest hog, bongo, golden cat, serval cat, African wild cat, African civet cat, and the blue duiker.
Day 4: Aberdare National Park - Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, you will drive to Lake Nakuru National Park via the spectacular Thomson's fall. Upon arrival, you will head out for game drive inside the park. Lake Nakuru is a renowned bird sanctuary; at times, there can be up to two million greater and lesser flamingoes and thousands of other birds. The park is also a sanctuary for rhinos, with a population of over 40 black rhinos and over 60 white rhinos; however, the flamingos have always been the main attraction.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru National Park - Maasai Mara Game Reserve
After breakfast, you will depart for Maasai Mara for a half day of game viewing. Dinner and overnight at a hotel or camp in Maasai Mara.
Day 6: Maasai Mara Game Reserve
A full day inside Maasai Mara. Maasai Mara is well known for its black-maned lions but it is also home to the “Big Five” (elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos, and buffalo), zebras, antelope, gnus, Oribis, hyenas, giraffes, warthogs, gazelles, hartebeests, hippos, crocodiles, and over 400 birds species. Depending on the season you may also observe the annual migration of zebra, Thomson's gazelle, and wildebeest to and from the Serengeti National Park.
Dinner and overnight accommodation at a hotel or camp in Maasai Mara.
Day 7: Maasai Mara Game Reserve - Nairobi
After breakfast and a morning game drive, you will depart for Nairobi where you will arrive around noon. Our guide will transfer you to your hotel or the airport.
